History

Tech Leader Solutions, LLC was founded in 2013 by Mr. R. Hunter Trumbo to provide IT and CyberSecurity consulting, complimented by Executive Coaching and strategy development services.  His ultimate goal was to help technology industry leaders execute their organizational missions while enhancing their leadership skills.

With 25 years of experience in providing Systems Development, CyberSecurity Testing, Security Compliance, and Program Management services to Federal customers in DoD and DHS, Mr. Trumbo has assembled a team of like-minded experts.

Tech Leader Solutions has a cadre of consultants available with Commercial, DoD and DHS experience in designing and implementing enterprise business process automation solutions.

We provide experienced former and current CIOs, CISOs, and Program Managers to support development and growth of organizational capabilities, helping to expand their ability to support the enterprise by leveraging our lessons learned.  Our team’s experience in developing and executing strategies synchronized with business and mission requirements is the key to leveraging technology to support long term success.
